The nutritional value of processed food is very low, thus one will feel hungry again.

Complex carbohydrates require a longer time period to break down in the body. Since it gives long term energy, one will not feel hungry frequently.

One should perform regular workouts conscientiously to burn the accumulated calories and fats in our body.
Reason 7: Lack of consumption of foods that aids in reducing the urge to eat more
Avoid sugar intake completely and give more importance to carbohydrates and fats.
Reason 8: Increased intake of simple carbohydrates
This will only give short term energy and has less nutritional value. Hence, one will feel hungry frequently.
Reason 9: Increase in stress level
When the hormone commonly known as cortisol is released due to stress, it causes accumulation of belly fat and leads one to feel hungry often. Hence, it is suggested to reduce stress level by exercising regularly.
