How To Get Pregnant With A Baby Boy Naturally? Find Out Here!

Before we pop our article how to get pregnant with a baby boy naturally, permit us first realize the basic knowledge about baby section.

The baby’s gender is determined by the father. The women carry the X-chromosome in eggs. Men, on the other hand, have X (girl-producing) and Y (boy-producing), so, each of the sperm carries one of the two chromosomes. When the Y- producing sperm penetrates the egg, the boy will be conceived. And if ‘XX’ is formed, the baby will be a girl. However, in today’s world, having a girl child or a boy child is equal.

HERE ARE FIVE TIPS TO CONCEIVE A BABY BOY NATURALLY:

  1. HAVE INTERCOURSE CLOSE TO OVULATION

Timing your sexual intercourse is very important when you are trying to conceive a baby boy. Because you want the Y (boy) sperm to reach the egg before the X (girl) sperm. Because the male sperm cells are moving faster, having intercourse as closely to the ovulation as possible increases the change that a male sperm will reach the egg first. Sex timing is particularly important when you are trying to conceive a boy because, although the boy sperms are faster swimmers, they also die off more quickly. Timing your intercourse as close as you possibly can to ovulation, will give the Y (boy) sperm more of a chance to reach the egg.

  1. CREATE THE RIGHT VAGINAL PH FOR CONCEIVING A BABY BOY

As a general rule, sperm cells thrive in alkaline (high pH) environments and dislike acidic (low pH) conditions. Y sperm (boy) requires a pH which is more alkaline. You can adjust your pH level inside your body by tailoring your diet to include lots of foods that are rich in potassium and sodium. The alkaline substance released from the mother’s vagina is thought to be more male-sperm friendly. Foods that are high in potassium and sodium are red meat, bananas, peaches and sausages. Common Alkalescent food include vegetables (like tomato, potato, carrot, cabbage, onion, mushroom, spinach, cucumber, lettuce…), fruit (like banana, papaya, pear, orange, watermelon, grape, strawberry, lemon, persimmon, apple…), bean products (like green beans, soya beans, red beans, bean curd…), flour products (like soda biscuit, dessert without cream…), tea, coffee, grape wine, kelp, marine algae and so on.

On the contrary, the father should eat more acidic foods include egg yolk, cheese, pastry, pasta, cakes made from refined white sugar, rice, fish (like tuna, flatfish, carp…), meat (like pork, beef, chicken…), ham, shrimp, peanuts, beer, chocolate and so on.

You’d better eat proper food at least one month before conception.

  1. (FOR MEN) DRINK COFFEE AND BE COOL

To increase your chances of getting pregnant with a baby boy, we recommend that the male partner should try and keep his testicles cool. Hence, the male partner should consume a couple cups of coffee 15-30 minutes before the intercourse.

  1. CHOOSING THE RIGHT SEX POSITION

Believe it or not, the position that you have sex in can also affect whether you conceive a girl or a boy. In the same way that timing your intercourse close to the ovulation gives the boy sperm better chance of fertilizing the egg, the sex position that you use also affects how quickly the Y sperm will reach the egg. The best sort of sex position for conceiving a boy will allow for deep penetration into the vagina, and the max must ejaculate as closely to the opening of the cervix a possible. The sex positions that allow deep penetration include a woman on top or doggy style.

  1. OTHER FACTORS

When the woman orgasms (during sex) before the man, the chances of conceiving a boy are greatly increased. When the woman orgasms before the man, the secretions within the vagina that occur during orgasm, shift the pH balance at the cervix to being more alkaline, allowing the Y sperm the perfect environment they need to make it through the cervix, and to the waiting egg.
