What is Gas?

Stomach gas is an abnormal mixture of oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen and methane gas is digestive track due to constipation, improper digestion, eating in a hurry, smoking, consuming carbonated fuzzy drinks and foods are the main causes of gas.   • Lemon.
  • Fennel seeds.

Method:

Squeeze out the juice of 1 lemon in a bowl and add 1 spoonful of fennel seeds to it. Soak it for a few time till the fennel seeds absorb the lemon juice. Eat this fennel seeds to relieve gas instantly.

Remedy #3

Things you will need:

  • Turmeric powder.
  • Salt.
  • Warm water.

Method:

Take a ¼ spoon of turmeric powder in a bowl. Add some salt to it. Mix it well. Mix it in a glass of warm water. Have this immediately after having food. This home remedy relieves gas pain instantly.

Here are two home remedies to eliminate the formation of gas formation:

Remedy #1

Things you will need:

  • Plain water.
  • Lemon.

Take a small bowl with normal water. Add 10-15 drops of lemon juice to it. Drink it every morning on empty stomach to avoid the formation of stomach gas permanently.

Remedy #2

The second home remedy is if you are more prone to gas formation, you should consume food in small portions 4-6 times a day instead of 2-3 times. Gulping down your food leads to swallowing larger amounts of air, which may leave you feeling gassy later.
