Oppo, a well known Chinese brand in India is touted to launch its new offering the R11 smart phone in India too, however this phone is already been selling in Chinese territories since June of this year. The R11 will be the official successor to the Oppo R9 and will be priced at about 3233 Yuan which translates to approximately Rs 29,702.
So what lies beneath the Opps’s R11? Let us venture out into its technicalities:
Display: The Oppo R11 will be having a 5.5-inch AMOLED FHD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Hardware: The handset will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset platform which is the latest from the chip maker’s stable. It features a 4GB RAM combined with 64GB of internal storage.
Camera: It sports a dual camera setup at the rear with 20MP plus 16MP sensors with support for 2x optical zoom which will be a great feature for photo enthusiasts. Moreover the phone also will sport a 20MP front facing camera.
Connectivity: A unique feature of the device is its support for dual VoLTE on both the SIM cards. Qualcomm has recently unveiled its new ‘MT6739’ chipset which supports dual VoLTE and Dual SIM Dual Standby with either 4G+4G or 4G+3G .
Battery & OS : The Oppo R11 will be equipped with a huge 3000mAh battery and runs on the company’s ColorOS UI on top of stock Android 7.1 Nougat.
Colour availability: It would be launched in Gold, Rose Gold and Black colour models.
Seeing its design aspect, the Oppo R11 smart phone is looking quite similar to the OnePlus 5. It sports a decent display and a nice but not the best design you might find on phones of this price range. Rest all is nothing new about it !
