Asus as we all know is the Taiwanese electronics giant is launching the latest series of ZenFones in India today. The fourth generation ZenFone series has five models- the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie, ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro, ZenFone 4, ZenFone 4 Pro, and the ZenFone 4 Max.
As Asus is conducting a “Ditch The Selfie Stick” campaign in India, its main market focus is on selfie-focused smart phones. We’ll know more soon, as the launch event is just a few hours away, set to begin at 1pm IST on Thursday 14th September 2017.
The prices are not indicative of how much they will cost in the Indian market, as taxes and government regulation are playing a deciding role in the final price in smart phones market.Expected starting pricing in India will be of approx Rs. 25,000 to Rs.33000.
The smart phones will sport dual cameras at front which is a new feature not seen in any phones. The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro bears a front-facing dual camera setup with a 24MP sensor and another 5MP sensor. The ZenFone 4 Selfie on the other hand comes with a 20MP sensor and another 8MP sensor at the front of the handset. At rear end, both smart phones will have a 16MP primary cameras.
